環(huán)己胺的生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)及技術(shù)路線選擇

目前,世界上主要有六種環(huán)己胺制備方法,即苯胺催化加氫常壓法和加壓法、硝基環(huán)己烷還原法、氯代環(huán)己烷催化氨解法、環(huán)己烯直接氨化法、環(huán)己酮催化氨化法、環(huán)己醇催化氨化法。
At present, there are six main preparation methods of Cyclohexylamine in the world, namely, aniline catalytic hydrogenation under normal pressure and pressure, Nitrocyclohexane reduction, chlorocyclohexane catalytic ammoniation, Cyclohexene direct ammoniation, Cyclohexanone catalytic ammoniation, Cyclohexanol catalytic ammoniation.
環(huán)己胺生產(chǎn)工藝路線有四條,即苯胺加氫還原法、環(huán)己醇催化氨化法、環(huán)己酮催化氨化法、硝基環(huán)己烷還原法;目前世界上主要工業(yè)化方法是前兩條路線,不同因為原料不一樣,而選擇不同的原料路線。
There are four production processes of Cyclohexylamine, namely, aniline hydrogenation reduction, Cyclohexanol catalytic ammoniation, Cyclohexanone catalytic ammoniation, and Nitrocyclohexane reduction; At present, the main industrialization methods in the world are the first two routes, and different countries choose different raw material routes due to different raw material prices.
我國一般采用苯胺催化加氫合成環(huán)己胺,同時聯(lián)產(chǎn)二環(huán)己胺,根據(jù)反應條件和催化劑不同,可以得到不同比例的環(huán)己胺和二環(huán)己胺,若不刻意調(diào)節(jié),一般可以副產(chǎn)得到10%左右的二環(huán)己胺。
In China, aniline catalytic hydrogenation is generally used to synthesize Cyclohexylamine, and Dicyclohexylamine is co produced. According to different reaction conditions and catalysts, different proportions of Cyclohexylamine and Dicyclohexylamine can be obtained. If no deliberate adjustment is made, about 10% of Dicyclohexylamine can be produced by by-product.

Aniline catalytic hydrogenation under atmospheric and pressurized conditions
苯胺催化加氫制取環(huán)己胺與二環(huán)己胺的催化劑以主要活性元素分類,可分為鈷系、釕系、鎳系和鈀系等四類。
The catalysts for the catalytic hydrogenation of aniline to Cyclohexylamine and Dicyclohexylamine can be classified into cobalt, ruthenium, nickel and palladium based on the main active elements.

硝基環(huán)己烷催化氨化法

硝基環(huán)己烷原料不易得,很少有資料報道。
The raw material of Nitrocyclohexane is not easy to obtain, and there are few data reports.
氯代環(huán)己烷催化氨解法
Catalytic ammonolysis of chlorocyclohexane
氯代環(huán)己烷雖然原料不難得到,但工藝路線拉長,且生成物中有氯化氫,對設備的要求也很高,報道資料很少。
Although the raw materials for chlorocyclohexane are not difficult to obtain, the process route is elongated, and hydrogen chloride is present in the product, requiring high equipment requirements. There are few reported materials.
環(huán)己烯直接氨化法
Direct ammoniation of Cyclohexene
以β-沸石為催化劑,NH3:C6H10=1.5,在壓力55MPa,溫度300℃工藝條件下,反應時間16小時,環(huán)己胺的單程收率為7.1%,故收率很低。但環(huán)己烯直接氨化法還存在著轉(zhuǎn)化率低、設備利用率不高,反應條件要求比較高的缺點。
with β- With zeolite as catalyst, NH3: C6H10=1.5, under the process condition of 55MPa pressure and 300 ℃ temperature, the reaction time is 16 hours, and the single pass yield of Cyclohexylamine is 7.1%, so the yield is very low. However, the direct ammoniation of Cyclohexene still has the disadvantages of low conversion rate, low utilization rate of equipment and high requirements for reaction conditions.
